Johnny Petosky and the Tiny Dinosaurs

Johnny Petosky and the Tiny Dinosaurs play pop covers with some originals sprinkled in.

Genres covered include folk and rock tunes of the 60's and 70's like Simon and Garfunkel, radio hits of the 80's like Howard Jones, rock and pop hits of the 90's and 2000's like Neon Trees or Amy Winehouse and contemporary hip-hop tunes including Rihanna and Mike Posner. 

Loops, AKA small and repeating chunks of music, are recorded live and then lyrics, solos and other parts are played live over the loops.

In any one song, Johnny will likely play at least 3 of the following instruments to create loops: guitar, bass, keyboard, drums, backup vocals.

Johnny Petosky shows can be catered to a venue or audience's needs, but typically it has an acoustic feel with a drum set and sometimes a B-3 organ or electric piano sound in a loop.
